A New Paradigm

Have you heard the song by Patti LaBelle, “I Got a New Attitude”, well that is my anthem now, I have a new attitude.  You could say I have a new paradigm. Yep! A new way of thinking

It has taken yet another lay off from the maddness of the world to realize those things that have been programmed into my mind are not my reality those ideas, those habits, those limitations are someone else’s restrictions that I had been taught to follow.  NO MORE!

During my day I search the internet for inspiring teachers, people who have lived longer than myself who have something of value to share.  In those searches I found numerous individuals for have changed their own lives for the better and have shared their success with others seeking value and truth too.

I’m sure many have heard about the “Think and Grow Rich” books; Napoleon Hill was one who inspired this concept.  Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul) are among others who have shared their life experiences and practical applications to live a more fulfilling life.  I have found for myself what they share is true, but its not something new.  Their take on making a better life for yourself is not an orginal concept they brought forth, it’s been in the Bible all along.

The scriptures tell us plainly:

  • Psalm 139:14
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
  • Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge
    1. Matthew 7:7
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Matthew 7:6-8 (in Context) Matthew 7 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations

    2. Luke 11:9
And I say unto you, Askand it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

Luke 11:8-10 (in Context) Luke 11 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations

    3. James 1:5
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall begiven him.

In my opinion all of these scriptures teach exactly what these men (mentors) are sharing with us.  I decided to believe God’s report… I am the expression of the life giving Spirit (God, Yaweh, The Almight)…

Therefore it is my prayer that all will come to the understanding of who they truly are and step out in faith and follow your heart of hearts and do the will of God for your life and live that life more abundantly, I am.
